Hey family what’s up, another week come and gone here in Paraguay. This week we had some great things happen, we found some great people to teach and some potential families. It’s been pretty hard in the fact that we have had to start fresh with the areas because we lost all of our investigators that weren’t progesando, but we had some great leccions with some new people that we really see a lot of faith in here in the upcoming weeks.
Yesterday at church it was kind of a different experience for me, church here starts with the quorum meetings then Sunday school then sacrament and it starts at 8:30. At 9:15 we had one member there and at sacrament we had 13 members in total... so yeah kind of a different thing compared to home haha especially since there is almost 400 members here in the ward. So we got some work to do but what a great opportunity we have to work with these members and get them excited about the missionary work and they will want to search and pray for friends and others to bring into the gospel.
Friday we had to travel to 2 other areas for baptismal interviews cause my comp is the district leader and I was able to meet and talk to these people that got baptized on Saturday and are now members of the church, what great testimonies they have and I was so grateful to be able to meet them, it strengthened my testimony and I just can’t wait till we can experience that in our area here. And I know we will, the Lord and angels are preparing people right now for us, as we pray and work hard for it, were going to achieve all those blessings and be able to see people walk into the waters of baptism.
