Hey family que pasan? things here are goin pretty good still our main focus right now is to find new ways to get the members involved so we can baptize people. I don´t know why but the numbers in our sacrament are decreasing every sunday so my companion and i are studying and praying alot to find out what we can do to save the ward. THe hard part is the people down here are really sensitive, one ward from another member has cause alot of people to be inactive for years. We set a date with this 13 year old to be baptized the other week and we were stoked cause his mom is a member that reads her scriptures all the time and everything but she doesn´t come to church cause the bishop gave her some advice about some stuff that she took the wrong way and she hasn´t been back since. We have talked with her and her husband many times about it but she says i will be faithfull and come every week when they change the bishop. So experiences like that that i hear are pretty upsetting, but they also cause me to look on the other side and be even more greatful for all the many faithful bishops that i know and the incredible bishops i have had. I know that the church of jesus christ of latter day saints is perfect, but the people arent. If we rely on the lord and follow his church we will live in happiness knowing that his church is perfect. Last week we found an incredible family that we went and taught on night with the parents and like 5 kids. During the leccion cuando we invited them to be baptized the mom stopped us and told us that she had already been baptized by a profeta of God in her evangelico church.... so yeah little confusion there haha she doesnt really want to listen to us anymore but her husband gustavo has let us come back a few times last week to teach his cause he said the only thing he wants in his life is for his family to be happy and he has no other desire then to do everything for them. He is awesome and the only thing we are working on with him is that he works monday through sunday from 6 in the morning to 8 at night. So if he can build the faith to search for another job i really think he will be baptized. Family i testify with my whole heart that this is the Church of Jesus Christ. he established his church on the earth again through a prophet of god. A quote that i want to share with you about the book of mormon and joseph smith is from Elder Holland... ´From what my grandfather told me about the book of mormon... No wicked man could write such a book, and no good man would unless he were commanded by god´. Family that is so true and i know with my whole heart that the book of mormon is true. Read from it everyday, study it everyday and do all you can do share the gospel to all your friends. Thats one thing that i regret that i didnt do before the mish was just flood the missionaries with references haha Please pray for your friends and give references to the missionaries.LOve you all so much and good luck reparing farmington. Hey mother thanks for the letter, pretty crazy about the stuff that happened there. What other stuff happend at the house... just curious but hey good luck cleaning all that stuff up. DOnçt worry about the package thing when i had to carry it that was a one time thing i donçt always have to do that so yeah. Also can you send me the email address to bishop bullock... Im glad your all doing great back home im stoked to talk to you in just a few weeks. Crazy crazy im almost about to finish 4 months on the mish. LOve you so much mom have a great week.
