Hey my sweet mother,
Hey family whats up? as always we are just seeing huge miracles. As you have probably heard they changed me to an area called Pilar, which is the 4th corner of the mission that i hadnt been too. Its an awesome area and we are already seeing miracles... Well tuesday before i left to the terminal we had the two baptisms from cecilia and leandro, what huge miracle,, family the second time that we went back to see her she literally threw her book of mormon at me and told me she didnt want anything to do with it,, 3 weeks later she was baptized...this church is true, she will be an awesome member with leandro who is 14 will be the first young man in the branch there. So after the baptism i got on a bus and had to drive from encarnacion to asuncion first cause nobody else was traveling to pilar, we got there at about 5 in the morning then i had to wait till 1230 to travel to pilar. Encarn to asuncion 5 hours, asuncion to pilar 6 hours... wooo. But in the terminal in asuncion i got my companion, his name is elder cannon, he came with me,, he is so awesome we get along perfectly. he is a sargent already in the united states army, his dad is a green baret and ranger in the army and is on deploiments in afghanistan right now in the war,, my comp speaks arabic cause he lived in egypt for a few years, he goes home this year with me and heads straight to the army again to probably go to the war, he plans on being special forces in the army. so yeah my area has bikes, and my comp is an army ranger, looks like ill be coming home in pretty good shape haha he is already killing me with workouts in the morning, we will see if i make it home... So yeah saturday we had a baptism already, her name is fiorella, her family got reactivated and she was baptized, and she asked me to baptize her haha so i have been getting into the font alot lately. its been awesome though, walking into a font with freezing cold water trying to hold a straight face and loving it all at the same time.. Also in the terminal an elder told me that a kid i found and taught in cuidad del este who was suppose to get baptized the week i left got baptized,,, i was stoked for that.. . And to end the letter i have another miracle, saturday night after the baptism we were contacting some people in the street and this guy pulls up to us on his motorcycle and my comp had met him, he is the nephew of a member that just moved her from cuidad del este and he told us to go over to teach him, we went to his house, talked about baptism, and he accepted a date for the 4th of may and yesterday came to church.. MIRACLES. thats all im looking for the unordinary things, so yeah as you can see my area on the map, im in pilar right now, my personal area goes almost up to asuncion,,, way far, and the zone covers down to ayolas..look it on the map, we have san ignacio and ayolas and we are traveling out there this week, its about 4 hours there and 4 back.. Lots of traveling. So yeah all is going great family thanks for all your support and prayers. Start praying for Pilar, AKA Zion in paragauy. Love you
Hey mom whats up? sounds liike all is well back home, hey im stoked the hermana suarez found you, mom she is incredible, she is the mom of the missionaries here, she cleans our clothes, feeds us, this morning came over and swept the patio outside of our house, just cause she loves helping the missionaries... its amazing, she started crying mom after she read what you wrote to her the other day, it was great... so i told elder cleverly not to hug you cause he was still a missionary haha i did know those other elderes that came home. thanks for getting my facebook. Is my name on there like Jordan Russell Hager or just Jordan Hager? my area is in the new misison but we will see what goes down with me, i dont know if i will be here still or not we will see. Mom we talk in a month how crazy. i got the notice for my package i get it this saturday thank you so much mother, well thanks for everything mom you are superb. Have a great week.
