Email from Hermana LaPierre (Jordan's Mission President Wife)

Dear Sister Hager,

  It took us a few weeks before we could make it to Paraguay to meet your son, but it was worth the effort.

What a fine young man and a good missionary. We´ll take him off your hands any time you´d like!

I don´t think that will ever happen.

He has had to hold the mission in Pilar together without suport or even good contact with us or anyone for a number of weeks.

He made a comment to me that he now appreciates mothers a bit more, but wished he ¨could be mothered right now¨.

I was proud of how well he handles everything.

The frist picture was taken at a branch activity; his last one. They put together a video of people thanking him for his service.

It touched him deeply. You can see that he worked hard.

We expect to hear wonderful things about this young man over time.

Thanks for sending such a well-prepared missionary here. We are going to miss him.
